VWR Microbore PTFE Tubing is designed for use in extreme temperatures and harsh chemical environments. This translucent tubing is chemically inert, exhibits low permeability, and has the lowest friction coefficient of any tubing. It withstands temperatures from –400 to 500°F (–240 to 260°C) and melts at 620°F (327°C). The tubing has a tensile strength of 2500 to 4000 psi and is UL-recognized. It complies with FDA (21 CFR 177.1550) and USP Class VI requirements.
