Electrically heated portable steam generator with a capacity of 7.12 litres (5.25 litres useable) with the output regulated to a maximum of 14kPa (2 psi). Die cast aluminium water tank is fitted with a water level sight tube and is protected by a pressure relief valve. The tank is tested to 140kPa (20psi). Over-temperature protection is via a resettable cutout that operates at a nominal 132°C and a thermal fuse that breaks at 184°C.
