MadgeTech rugged stainless steel data loggers are fully submersible and designed to withstand harsh environments such as autoclaves. Equipped with high-accuracy 100 Ω Pt RTD temperature sensors, these loggers measure temperatures up to 500°F (260°C), making them ideal for conveyor ovens, well monitoring, environmental studies, autoclave validation, and more. This model includes a rugged penetration-tip probe with a 3/16" (4.8 mm) diameter that is pointed for penetration. It also features a PTFE thermal shield that provides added protection and extends the operating temperature range to withstand –328 to 482°F (–200 to 250°C). The vented shield covers about 1" (25 mm) of the probe, leaving the tip exposed for accurate measurement.
