The Leybold COOLVAC 5000 iCL is a high-performance cryo vacuum pump designed to generate ultra-high vacuum using advanced cryocondensation, cryosorption, and cryotrapping techniques. Cooled by two-stage cold heads from the COOLPOWER series based on the Gifford/McMahon principle, it achieves hydrocarbon-free ultra-high vacuum in the pressure range from 10-3 mbar to 10-11 mbar (0.75•10-3 to 0.75•10-11 Torr).
