The GUNT TM 620.20 System for Data Acquisition is an accessory for the TM 620 and TM 625 experimental units, enabling vibrations to be recorded and analysed. It allows precise measurement of shaft deflection and movement in vibrational experiments.

Product Features

  • Includes two inductive displacement sensors, a measuring amplifier, and GUNT software for data processing and display.
  • Displacement sensors take contactless measurements of deflection of rotating mass disks on the elastic shaft of TM 620 or TM 625.
  • Relative position of the two sensors can be varied; arranged at 90° offset, shaft movement over one revolution can be represented as an orbit.
  • With two different mass disks, natural modes of the vibrating shaft can be measured.
  • Analogue signals from displacement sensors are digitised in the measuring amplifier and sent to a PC via USB.
  • GUNT software displays signals as either time series on an oscilloscope or amplitude as a function of speed.
  • Displacement sensors powered by the measuring amplifier; all necessary cable connectors included.
