The CEM DigestPro™ (formerly DigestPro MSi) is a dedicated protein digestion and sample preparation system designed for MS-based proteomics. It completely automates all essential steps of protein digestion protocols and supports both in-solution and in-gel methods. The system also supports automated sample clean-up and MALDI spotting. It enables high-throughput workflows with the ability to process up to 96 samples simultaneously. All processes are carried out under tightly controlled and reproducible conditions, which is critical for mass spectrometry-based protein analysis. The DigestPro™ is delivered with Windows-based software and a PC for seamless system control and protocol execution.

- Upgrade Kit: In-Gel Digestion – Handles gel slices in 96-well plate format; includes heated flow-through compartments (up to 70°C) and positive-pressure reagent exchange; with cooled collection position
