The BRAND Counting Chamber acc. to Neubauer Improved BLAUBRAND features bright line, double ruling, and a rhodium-coated chamber base. The chamber is calibratable and has the same counting grid as the Improved Neubauer cell. Rulings are engraved into the rhodium layer and appear bright under normal microscope settings. By altering the contrast, it is possible to reverse the image under the microscope to make the rulings appear brighter or darker as required.
