At John Morris Group, we are dedicated to supporting our customers and ensuring the optimal performance of their valuable equipment. Recently, our MTS Systems Corporation engineer, Robin Tan, embarked on a journey across Australia and New Zealand to provide free MTS equipment health checks at various customer sites. This initiative highlights our commitment to delivering exceptional customer support and maintaining the highest equipment performance standards.
University of Sydney (Mechanical & Civil Engineering)
Our first stop was the University of Sydney, where Robin Tan conducted comprehensive health checks on MTS equipment used in the Mechanical & Civil Engineering departments. By ensuring that the equipment operates at peak performance, we help foster a productive learning environment for students and researchers alike.
Next, we visited the University of New South Wales at the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA). Here, Robin worked closely with the engineering team to inspect and fine-tune their MTS systems. The ADFA's focus on cutting-edge research and development makes it essential for their equipment to be in top condition, and we are proud to support their efforts.
Auckland University of Technology
In New Zealand, we stopped at the Auckland University of Technology. Robin’s expertise ensured that the university's MTS equipment was thoroughly checked and maintained, enabling students and faculty to continue their innovative research without any interruptions.
Our journey also took us to the AutoPacific Group, where Robin performed health checks on the MTS systems used in their automotive research and testing facilities. Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of their equipment is crucial for AutoPacific's work in advancing automotive technologies, and we are delighted to play a role in their success.
University of Canterbury (Mechanical & Civil Engineering)
Our final destination was the University of Canterbury, where Robin inspected the MTS equipment in the Mechanical & Civil Engineering departments. The health checks provided by Robin help the university maintain a high standard of education and research, reinforcing our commitment to supporting academic excellence.
