We are delighted to have participated in the Queensland Alliance for Agriculture and Food Innovation (QAAFI) event, where science and innovation in agriculture and food research took centre stage. Highlights from the Event
Memmert Ovens
At the event, we showcased Memmert ovens, renowned for their precision and reliability. These ovens are a cornerstone of laboratory research, offering impeccable temperature control for a variety of applications, including drying, heating, and sterilisation. The Memmert Universal Oven (UF/UFplus) and Humidity Chamber were featured, demonstrating their ability to improve consistency in food and agricultural experiments.
Gilson Pipettes
Pipetting accuracy is essential in any laboratory, and at the QAAFI event, we showcased Gilson pipettes for their ergonomic design and precision. These tools streamline liquid handling, minimising errors and improving experiment outcomes. The PIPETMAN® Classic and PIPETMAN® L models were highlighted as excellent solutions for optimising workflows in scientific research.
Labconco Mini Stoppering Chamber
We also presented the Labconco Mini Stoppering Chamber, designed for lyophilisation processes. This specialised chamber allows for the stoppering of vials under vacuum, preserving perishable samples. The FreeZone® Mini Stoppering Tray Dryer was on display, offering reliable solutions for ensuring the integrity of valuable samples.
Sigma Centrifuges
The Sigma centrifuges we featured at the event included the Sigma 1-16 model. These centrifuges are known for their versatility, efficiency, and compact design, making them ideal for a range of sample preparation and high-speed separation processes.
