Installation of Our First Distek sensIR 3200 Disintegration System

We recently completed the installation of our first Distek sensIR 3200 Bathless Tablet Disintegration Tester, with Jennifer Gay carrying out the installation and Andy Wu and Kim from the John Morris Group team also there during the process.

It was great to see the system being set up and the team involved in the hands-on installation and familiarisation process. This marks an exciting milestone for John Morris Group and the customers we support across Australia and New Zealand.

The Distek sensIR 3200 combines two exclusive technologies, bathless heating and Near IR sensing, to offer one of the most innovative disintegration testers available. It is used in pharmaceutical quality control laboratories to ensure tablets and capsules meet pharmacopeial disintegration requirements.

About the Distek sensIR 3200

The Distek sensIR 3200 is a bathless tablet disintegration tester that combines patented bathless heating with Near IR auto endpoint detection. Unlike conventional water bath-based instruments, the sensIR 3200 raises media temperature from ambient to 37°C in under 8 minutes , doubling the number of tests that can be performed daily while also reducing electricity use and eliminating the need for algicide.

The system is available in two, four, or six positions and can run up to three independent methods simultaneously, making it ideal for high-throughput pharmaceutical QC environments.

John Morris Group is proud to represent Distek across Australia and New Zealand, providing customers with access to these high-quality analytical instruments along with full installation, training, and ongoing technical support.
