The stand-alone units measure mass flow, volumetric flow, temperature, and absolute pressure, with flow rates displayed in standard cubic centimeters per minute (SCCM). Additional key features include an LCD display with backlight, a data I/O port for logging data to your computer, and flexible mounting options, including upside-down installation.
