The Guardian 3000 stirring hot plates are designed to provide economical heating and mixing capabilities for use in all laboratory and educational settings. Key features combine safety, ease of use, and versatility to ensure reliable performance for everyday applications. The models offer powerful, consistent stirring performance from 80 to 1600 rpm. The SafetyHeat„¢, early detection system, uses two independent safety controls to continuously monitor the electronics in real-time and automatically shuts off heating before overtemperature conditions occur. A bright backlit LCD display features large temperature and speed settings, intuitive icons, and clear status indicators, including a prominent hot top indicator that lights up when the heater is abourt 40 °C. Other features include a green indicator that lights when unit is heating and stirring, probe in use icon, single point calibration icon, PET front panel, rotary knob controls, two built-in support rod holders, smooth chemical-resistant top for easy cleaning, IP21 ingress protection, and rugged metal housing designed for long-term use. The stirring hot plates also offer you the option to use temperature probes (not included) for precise temperature control of the sample.
