The MKS Baratron® DA01B DeviceNet™ Absolute Capacitance Manometer is a dual-output absolute vacuum transducer with both DeviceNet™ digital communications and legacy 0-10 VDC analog output signals. Both heated and unheated versions are available.
- Unheated or controlled to 45°C, 80°C or 100°C
- DeviceNet™ Communications and 0-10 VDC output proportional to pressure
- Full Scale ranges of 1000 to 1 Torr (Unheated), 1000 to 0.1 Torr/mbar
- Fully-welded Inconel and Incoloy® sensor for extremely high corrosion resistance
